A Splash of Colour with Simple Stories

This is a page I made for A Trip Down memory Lane's Design Team Gallery this month.

There are some stunning new papers and ranges currently arriving in the shop - and one of them is Simple Stories - this was the kit  the Design Team were  given to work with this month. There are so many lovely colours and themes there are too many to mention but if you fancy a browse here in the shop  you won't be disappointed..they have Simple Stories, My Mind's Eye, Authentique, Teresa Collins and lots more,I'm not even going to mention the Graphic 45 because I want it !!! Anyway, here is a page I made using Simple Stories, I used one of the Acetate overlays over the photo.

Right - off to spend some pennies in the shop now :-)

One photo twenty words

These are the demos I made for my very first appearance on tv - lots of work but oh such fun

Musketeers Challenge Number 10

It's time for another challenge over at the Crafting Musketeers challenge blog.
This month the theme is one that is a real favourite of mine - Butterflies.

The sponsors of this month's challenge is

and this is the lovely prize up for grabs from them
Dreamees are a mother and daughter team who started in 2010 and have now firmly established themselves in the crafting world
Here is my card for the challenge.

I decided to really bling it up this month.
I stamped the butterfly with versamark ink then embossed it with white embossing powder- then did lots of glittering on the wings - i do like a bit of bling now and then! I also stamped the criss cross background and embossed with silver.
