I love 'bird of paradise' flowers..I have a plant in my garden and although it took years for it to flower, it now produces more flowers every year!

I too love those 'Birds of Paradise' plants & am always amazed at how they flourish by the hot & dusty roadside in Portugal!! :D

I'm guessing you mean the bird of paradise plant?! I have fond memories of these at the Eden Project, they are stunning.
