Me again

I got some really fab papers a couple of weeks ago, they are really bright and colourful and include images of those russian dolls that slot inside each other.Anyway,I have used one if the flowery ones and some lacy ribbon and a butterfly on a page with one of my fave photos from the shoot.

Scrappy Evening and Alice In Wonderland

Whilst hopping around on the net tonight I came across this - looks very interesting!




Himself and our eldest son have gone to see AC/DC again this evening and as the other two are not in, I decided to have a scrappy evening.I got some 'Webster' pages the other week and had an idea to do a page with them and the Topiary photos.

A GoGo Paper Bag Book

I am not a lover of green as anyone who knows me knows,but in the shop at the retreat I absolutely loved the vibrant limey citrus green they had there.So of course I had to get some of the bits and have made a little paper bag mini book including some of the photos from the weekend.Some of the photos are a bit fuzzy -sorry bout that !..

CJ is a genius

When I went to the GoGo retreat recently I had (as did many others) a photoshoot again with CJ at Feelgoodphotos She did a wonderful job again as last year and I was very pleased with them again.

Terriffic Topiary

Isn't it amazing? I have lived in this area for 29 years and never knew that at the local bowling green there are such terriffic topiary examples.
My dad mentioned that he had wandered round there the other day and said how nice it was so one evening I walked down there with camera in hand and found some beautifully kept gardens.There was the Owl and the Pussycat, a train, some kings and a teapot. Might have to scrap these soon!....

Been Cropping

It was the monthly Craftystash crop today which was spent in the company of three good friends.There were two pages to do today,one of which was an 'Interactive' which I haven't quite finished yet as I need to find some photos of the boys when they were younger,and the other which was 'summer' themed.
I'm still needing to finish a page from the retreat last weekend which came and went so quickly.It was great to catch up with my friend Hilary again.

Shimelle's GoGo Class

Here is the book that we did in Shimelle's class on Saturday. It's finished but I haven't done the stitching on the pages round the edges. I don't have a sewing machine but my good friend Deb has offered to let me use hers (hope she realises what a naff sewer I am !).So will have to post pics here without the stitching.
